Dr Joseph San Laureano was educated in Melbourne with degrees from both Monash Univeristy and the University of Melbourne.
His fellowship training was in Sydney at the Prince of Wales hospital.
He is a member of the Epworth hospital medical advisory board.

San Laureano is a senior ophthalmologist at the Royal Victorian Eye and
Ear Hospital and is a frequent lecturer and examiner for the Victorian
College of Optometry.
He specialises in cataract surgery and has performed thousands of these procedures
